• Using LexAIAdvisors systems to spam, scrape, phish, impersonate, evade security controls, or interfere with systems.
• Uploading malware, secrets, regulated data, privileged material, client confidential information, or credentials through unapproved channels.
• Using AI or automation workflows to mislead clients, fabricate authority, avoid required lawyer supervision, or violate professional obligations.
• Using the website, portal, reports, or workflows to violate court rules, bar rules, privacy obligations, cybersecurity obligations, or third-party platform terms.

Client content

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and professional compliance of content, instructions, files, credentials, and data they provide.

Enforcement

LexAIAdvisors may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services, workflows, portals, or deliverables if use appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, outside scope, or inconsistent with this policy.
