Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, refunds, failed payments, and third-party charges generally work for LexAIAdvisors services.
Subscription services
Website Care, cybersecurity advisory, monitoring, optimization, support, and other recurring services may bill monthly or on another schedule stated at checkout or in a written agreement.
Cancellation
- Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled according to the applicable checkout flow, written agreement, or support process.
- Cancellation stops future recurring billing after the current billing period unless a written agreement says otherwise.
- Cancellation does not erase amounts already due, unpaid invoices, third-party fees, completed work, or project fees already incurred.
Refunds
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, recurring subscription fees, completed project fees, implementation fees, setup work, audit fees, third-party fees, payment-processing fees, financing costs, and rush work are not refundable after the service period begins or work has started.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, LexAIAdvisors may pause services, withhold deliverables, stop monitoring, suspend portal access, delay updates, or terminate recurring services until payment is resolved. Third-party platforms may also impose their own failed-payment consequences.
Third-party fees
Domain, hosting, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AI, telephony, CRM, payment, e-signature, storage, security, analytics, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in a written scope.
Financing
Financing or pay-later options may be offered by third-party providers. Those providers control approval, rates, repayment terms, disclosures, fees, and collection activity. LexAIAdvisors is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party providers.
