Third-Party Platform List

This list explains the categories of third-party platforms LexAIAdvisors may use. It is intended to make the service stack transparent without turning every vendor configuration into a public security document.

Purpose

LexAIAdvisors uses third-party platforms to operate the website, manage communications, deliver services, process payments, obtain signatures, support automation, and maintain security. This page identifies the main categories of platforms that may process client or visitor information.

Current and planned platform categories

  • Database, portal, and storage: Supabase, PostgreSQL, AWS S3, or similar database, file-storage, authentication, and portal infrastructure.
  • Payments and subscriptions: Stripe, financing providers, LawPay or similar payment, subscription, billing, and fraud-prevention platforms.

  • CRM and client operations: HubSpot, Lawmatics, Cal.com, ticketing, notification, and project-management tools.
  • Analytics, security, and monitoring: analytics, uptime, malware, vulnerability, logging, anti-abuse, and cybersecurity monitoring tools.

Changes

LexAIAdvisors may add, replace, or remove platforms as services evolve. Material changes may be reflected by updating this page, the Privacy Policy, or the applicable client agreement.

Provider responsibility

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, privacy policies, infrastructure, availability commitments, and security programs. LexAIAdvisors configures and uses providers in a practical, risk-based way but does not control every provider decision or failure.
