These Terms govern use of the LexAIAdvisors website and related technology advisory workflows. Service-specific terms may also appear in proposals, checkout flows, statements of work, or signed agreements.
Services
LexAIAdvisors provides technology modernization, website-care, intake-repair, AI-agent workflow advisory, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity advisory, reporting, and related implementation support for law firms and regulated professional businesses.
No legal representation through this site
Using this website, submitting an audit request, receiving a report, or communicating with LexAIAdvisors through the site does not create an attorney-client relationship. LexAIAdvisors provides technology and workflow advisory services through this site, not legal representation.
No guaranteed outcomes
Audits, reports, website-care services, SEO-related work, cybersecurity recommendations, AI workflow plans, and operational recommendations are practical business and technology services. LexAIAdvisors does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, case volume, security outcomes, regulatory outcomes, or a complete elimination of risk.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate firm, website, payment, access, and workflow information.
- Review recommendations, reports, drafts, disclaimers, workflows, and client-facing materials before relying on them.
- Maintain licenses, bar compliance, professional judgment, client consents, and supervision obligations.
- Use secure channels for credentials and avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through ordinary email unless specifically instructed.
Payments and subscriptions
Some services are one-time projects, some are recurring subscriptions, and some are custom scopes. Fees, billing frequency, cancellation rights, financing terms, and deliverables are controlled by the applicable checkout, statement of work, order form, or signed agreement.
Third-party platforms
LexAIAdvisors may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, payments, e-signature, forms, analytics, storage, email, calendar, CRM, cybersecurity, automation, AI, Microsoft 365, reporting, and related service delivery. Client use of those platforms may be subject to separate third-party terms, privacy policies, service limits, acceptable-use rules, security practices, and availability limits. LexAIAdvisors is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, account suspensions, policy changes, data-processing decisions, feature changes, security incidents, or service failures outside LexAIAdvisors' direct control.
AI-enabled workflows
AI-enabled tools may assist with workflow mapping, drafting, summarization, intake classification, report preparation, and administrative support. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a specific legal or business purpose. Clients remain responsible for lawyer review, professional judgment, confidentiality controls, client communications, and final client-facing work product.
Security, cybersecurity, and access limits
Cybersecurity, monitoring, credential-handling, backup, uptime, malware, Microsoft 365, domain, and vendor-risk services reduce risk but do not eliminate it. LexAIAdvisors does not guarantee that a website, tenant, workflow, domain, email account, vendor platform, AI system, or client environment will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, compliant, recoverable, or free from breach, malware, unauthorized access, data loss, downtime, misconfiguration, or human error.
Client systems and client-controlled decisions
LexAIAdvisors is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client information, delayed approvals, weak or reused passwords, failure to enable multi-factor authentication, client staff conduct, client-selected vendors, client changes to implemented systems, unmanaged legacy platforms, expired domains or subscriptions, unpaid third-party invoices, failure to follow recommendations, or decisions made outside the agreed scope.
Reports and recommendations
Audits, scans, dashboards, reports, risk scores, screenshots, recommendations, and workflow maps reflect information available at the time of review and the scope of the engagement. They are not exhaustive investigations, legal opinions, security certifications, accessibility certifications, bar approvals, insurance determinations, or guarantees that all issues have been identified or resolved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexAIAdvisors is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, enhanced, or lost-profit damages; lost revenue; lost business opportunity; lost data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; reputational harm; loss of clients or matters; regulatory, disciplinary, or bar consequences; third-party claims; or costs of substitute services arising from or related to the website, audits, reports, recommendations, third-party platforms, AI-enabled workflows, cybersecurity services, website-care services, Microsoft 365 services, or any other services, even if LexAIAdvisors was advised that such damages were possible.
Liability cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexAIAdvisors' total liability for any claim arising from or related to the website or services will not exceed the amounts actually paid to LexAIAdvisors for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. If no amount was paid for the service, the liability cap is $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply.
Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LexAIAdvisors harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from client-provided information, client systems, client content, client instructions, client use of third-party platforms, client professional obligations, client-facing statements, failure to follow recommendations, or use of the services outside the agreed scope.
Changes
LexAIAdvisors may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use.
