Electronic Communications Consent

This page explains how LexAIAdvisors may communicate electronically with visitors, prospects, and clients.

Electronic delivery

By using LexAIAdvisors forms, checkout flows, portals, e-signature workflows, or services, you consent to receive notices, reports, proposals, agreements, reminders, invoices, service messages, and related communications electronically.

Communication channels

  • Email for proposals, notices, reports, service updates, billing, support, and project communications.
  • E-signature platforms for agreements, statements of work, authorizations, and audit trails.
  • SMS or phone calls for scheduling, reminders, urgent workflow questions, and service coordination when provided or approved.
  • Portal, dashboard, or project-management notices for tasks, uploads, reports, tickets, and service status.

Consent and opt out

You may opt out of non-transactional marketing communications where an opt-out method is provided. Transactional, security, billing, contract, service, and support messages may still be sent when needed to provide or administer services.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for keeping contact information current, monitoring agreed communication channels, and ensuring that important LexAIAdvisors messages are not blocked or ignored.
