Security and Credential Handling
LexAIAdvisors works with systems that may include domains, websites, forms, calendars, Microsoft 365, CRM, automation platforms, and security tools. Access must be handled carefully.
Credential handling
Clients should provide credentials only through approved secure workflows. Ordinary email is not the preferred method for passwords, recovery codes, API keys, private keys, or other sensitive access materials.
Access principles
- Use least-privilege access where practical.
- Prefer named accounts over shared accounts when the client platform supports them.
- Enable multi-factor authentication where appropriate.
- Remove access after the project or when access is no longer needed.
- Document critical vendor, domain, hosting, Microsoft 365, website, and automation access paths.
Security limits
LexAIAdvisors provides practical advisory and implementation support. No monitoring, advisory, or remediation service can guarantee that a website, tenant, workflow, or vendor stack will be secure or uninterrupted.
Incident coordination
If a suspected incident involves client systems, LexAIAdvisors may assist with coordination, vendor communication, documentation, and remediation planning within the agreed scope. Emergency response, forensic, insurance, and legal obligations may require separate specialists.
